| 摘 要： | 目的通过两种测试方法检验人际沟通能力测评量表的有效性和可行性。方法运用人际沟通能力测评量表对46名护理专业五年制高职女学生分别采用实践观察法(短期)和语言测试法进行人际沟通能力测试,采用克朗巴哈系数和因子分析法进行信度和效度检验。结果对人际沟通能力测评量表中语言表达能力、语言交流能力、亲和力、沟通技巧、应变能力5类指标进行克朗巴哈一致性系数检测,实践观察法和语言测试法信度分别为0.883和0.930。采用因子分析法对5类指标的15个指标内涵项目得分进行主成分分析,取特征值大于1的3个因子为公因子,累计贡献率两种方法均为70.78%,通过正交旋转获得正交旋转因子矩阵,两种方法中除1～2项外,其余项目被公因子提取的信息均大于50%。结论两种测试方法对护理专业五年制高职女生人际沟通能力进行测评的信度、效度良好,而语言测试法优于实践观察法(短期)。 |
