交锁髓内钉治疗“浮膝”的研究

目的探讨交锁髓内钉在早期手术治疗膝损伤中的临床应用。方法对32例“浮膝”骨折均使用手术治疗,且均于早期行交锁髓内钉治疗,不同部位的骨折应用不同类型的交锁钉。结果3l例随访0.5～4年,平均1.5年,根据Karlstion和Oleruds功能评定标准：优13例,良15例,中3例。结论早期交锁髓内钉手术有利于严重多发伤的治疗和骨与关节功能恢复,能减少软组织损伤,有利于骨折分离和旋转移位的治疗。且早期手术有利于护理和功能锻炼,减少切口感染和脂肪栓塞的并发症,用于治疗“浮膝”疗效好,并发症少。

Clinical application of early locking nail fixation on floating knee fracture

Objective To investigate the clinical application and significance of early lockingnail fixation on floating knee fracture.Methods All 32 cases of floating kneefacture were treated with locking nail fixation.Different parts of the fracture were treated with different locking nailinternal fixation.Results Thirty-one cases were followed up half years to four years with an average of one and half years.According to Karlstion and Oleruds standard,13 cases were excellent,15 cases were good,3 cases were fair and no pool.Conclusion Ealy locking nail fixation has advantage to the treatment of severe multiple bone and joint injuries and restoration of the function.It can reduce soft tissue in operation.It is good to prevent facture separation and rotation displacement.Early fixation can reduce infection of incisional wound and fat embolism.
