脂肪肝患者血清C3、C5、ASP、BF的表达及其与脂质代谢紊乱的相关性研究

摘    要:目的 探讨脂肪肝(FLD)患者血清补体3(C3)、补体5(C5)、酰化刺激蛋白(ASP)、体脂肪重(BF)的表达及其与脂质代谢紊乱的相关性.方法 选择2011年1月至2013年1月期间70例FLD患者作为FLD组,选择同期60例单纯高脂血症患者为单纯高脂血症组,选择同期60例健康者为正常组.检测各组受检者的C3、C5、ASP和BF水平.结果 FLD组患者的C3、C5、ASP、BF指标数值均大于单纯高脂血症组和正常组,差异均有统计学意义(2.03±0.22)g/L vs(1.78±0.20)g/L vs(1.11±0.18)g/L,(90.28±5.92)mg/L vs(70.26±5.21)mg/L vs(58.52±4.26)mg/L,(50.26±3.27)nmol/L vs(40.29±3.02)nmol/L vs(30.79±2.27)nmol/L,(0.48±0.08)g/L vs(0.32±0.06)g/L vs(0.22±0.04)g/L,P<0.05];单纯高脂血症组C3、C5、ASP、BF指标数值均大于正常组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);随着FLD严重程度的增加,C3、C5、ASP、BF指标数值呈增加趋势;FLD转氨酶升高组患者C3、C5、ASP、BF指标数值高于FLD转氨酶正常组,差异均有统计学意义(2.26±0.62)g/L vs(1.85±0.38)g/L,(95.38±5.62)mg/L vs(84.32±5.26)mg/L,(57.18±6.69)nmol/L vs(44.02±6.62)nmol/L,(0.60±0.09)g/L vs(0.45±0.07)g/L,P<0.05];FLD患者C3、C5、ASP、BF等指标之间均呈正相关(P<0.05).结论 C3、C5、ASP、BF等指标与FLD及单纯高脂血症的发病密切相关,且与脂质代谢紊乱发病有关,C3、C5、ASP、BF等指标是FLD发病及进展的重要影响因素,检测C3、C5、ASP、BF等指标对预测FLD及脂质代谢紊乱的发病及进展具有一定的临床价值.

Serum C3, C5, ASP and BF expression in patients with fatty liver disorder and their correlation with lipid metabolic disorder
Abstract:Objective To study serum complement 3 (C3), complement 5 (C5), acylation stimulating protein (ASP) and body fat (BF) expression in patients with fatty liver disorder (FLD) and the relationship with lipid metabolic disorder. Methods From January 2011 to January 2013, 70 patients of FLD were selected as FLD group, and 60 pa-tients with pure hyperlipidemia were selected as pure hyperlipidemia group. Sixty healthy people were selected as the control group. Serum C3, C5, ASP and BF level were detected. Results Serum levels of C3, C5, ASP, BF were signifi-cantly higher in FLD group than pure hyperlipidemia group and the control group, as well as in pure hyperlipidemia group and in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (2.03 ± 0.22) g/L vs (1.78 ± 0.20) g/L vs (1.11 ± 0.18) g/L, (90.28±5.92) mg/L vs (70.26±5.21) mg/L vs (58.52±4.26) mg/L, (50.26±3.27) nmol/L vs (40.29±3.02) nmol/L vs (30.79±2.27) nmol/L, (0.48±0.08) g/L vs (0.32±0.06) g/L vs (0.22±0.04) g/L, P<0.05]. With the increase of FLD severity, C3 and C5, ASP, BF levels showed an increasing trend. The patients with increased FLD had higher levels of C3, C5, ASP, BF than the patients with normal FLD, and the differences were statistically significant (2.26±0.62) g/L vs (1.85± 0.38) g/L, (95.38 ± 5.62) mg/L vs (84.32 ± 5.26) mg/L, (57.18 ± 6.69) nmol/L vs (44.02 ± 6.62) nmol/L, (0.60 ± 0.09) g/L vs (0.45 ± 0.07) g/L, P<0.05]. There was a positive correlation between the indexes BF, C3, C5, ASP of FLD patients (P<0.05). Conclusion C3 and C5, ASP, BF are closely related to FLD and pure hyperlipidemia, and associated with lipid metabolic disorder disease. C3, C5, ASP, BF are the influence factors of the onset and progress of FLD, and the detection of these indexes has great value in the prediction of FLD and lipid metabolic disorders.
