摘    要:
上皮细胞钙黏蛋白(E-cadherin)参与多种正常细胞或肿瘤细胞的功能活动,而其自身的表达水平又受小分子RNA(miRNA)等多种因素的调节,使得miRNA-E-cadherin通路在多种疾病中的重要作用受到了广泛关注.本文就目前发现的miRNA-9在不同肿瘤疾病或非肿瘤疾病发生和发展过程中对E-cadherin表达的调控情况作一综述.

Research progress of the regulation of small molecule RNA-9 to epithelial cell calcium sticky protein
Abstract:
Epithelial cell calcium sticky protein (E-cadherin) is involved in the functional activities of many nor-mal cells and tumor cells. Its expression level is regulated by microRNAs (miRNA) and other factors, which makes the important roles of miRNA-E-cadherin signaling pathway in variety of diseases have been widely concerned. In this pa-per, the regulation of miRNA-9 to expression of E-cadherin in different tumor diseases, non-cancer diseases or during tu-mor progression were reviewed.
