高频超声在肝胆疾病诊断中的应用价值探讨

目的 探讨高频超声在肝胆检查中的适用性和临床价值.方法 235例常规探头检查示肝脏内回声弥漫性不均、待排除肝脏浅层病变或胆囊病变的患者,先初步确定病灶距体表距离,再用高频探头检查,其所得结果与临床手术、病理、CT或MRI结果对照,并与常规检查结果比较.结果 病灶位于体表10～55 mm者200例,高频超声显示率为92.5%(185/200),常规检查为62.5%(125/200);高频超声临床符合率为85.0%(170/200),常规检查为60.0%(120/200).结论 高频超声在适应范围内能明显提高病变显示率和图像质量,提高临床符合率,是常规检查的理想辅助手段.

Investigation on value of high frequency ultrasound in diagnosis of hepatobiliary diseases

Objective To investigate the applicability and clinical value of high frequency ultrasound（HFU） in hepatobiliary diseases.Methods 235 patients with diffuse echo unevenness of liver or the exclusion of the superficial layer of liver or gallbladder pathological changes were examined with conventional transducer.The distance from the lesions to body surface was primarily defined and then high frequercy probe was used.The results acquired from HFU was compared with the outcome from clinical operation,pathology,CT or MRI.Results In 200 cases whose distance from suspicious focus to body surface was 10-55 mm,the manifestation rate of HFU group was 92.5%（185/200） and the clinical coincident rate was 85.0%（170/200）;while the manifestation rate of routine examination group was 62.5%（125/200） and the clinical coincident rate was 60.0%（120/200）.Conclusion HFU can obviously increase the manifestation rate and the clinical coincident rate with its reasonable application in hepatobiliary diseases.It is an auxiliary means to routine examination.
