摘    要:
目的观察神经生长因子(金路捷)对小儿脑性瘫痪(CP)的治疗效果。方法在全国5家医疗单位采用统一诊断标准,对观察组132例及对照组95例患儿予以综合康复治疗,观察组患儿同时应用金路捷肌注4个疗程,用统一标准比较两组的疗效。结果观察组总有效率87.1%,对照组总有效率76.8%。两者有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),观察组疗效明显高于对照组,3岁以下患儿应用效果更佳。结论金路捷治疗脑性瘫痪有较明显的疗效,且应用简单,无毒副作用。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of nerve growth factor injection on the treatment of child cerebral palsy (CP). Methods 132 cases (observation group) and 95 cases (control group) of CP were treated by rehabilitation therapy, but in the observation group, nerve growth factor was added through muscle injection for 4 periods. The therapeutic effect in the 2 groups was compared on the basis of standard diagnostic criteria for CP in 5 hospitals of China. Results The therapeutic effect in observation group (87.1%) was more satisfactory than in control group (76.8%), there being the significant difference (P<0.01). The effective rate was higher in the children of fewer than 3 years old. Conclusion Application of nerve growth factor can benefit obviously the treatment of CP with advantages of simply operation and no side effects.
