| 摘 要： | 目的：观察透析中低血压的相关因素.方法：14例透析中经常出现低血压患者与非低血压患者比较,观察透析时间,年龄,营养状况,钙磷代谢状况,血清甲状旁腺激素,脱水量等.结果：透析时间、年龄、脱水量越大,透析中出现低血压可能性大.结论：透析中低血压的发生与透析时间,年龄,脱水量等有关 与营养状况及钙磷乘积,血清甲状旁腺激素无直接关系.

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore the influence of hemodialysis--assoeiateed hypotension. Methods： 14 hemodialysis patients capturing hypotension to compare frequently with the non--hypotension patient,observation： received hemodialysis time, age,nutritional status, calcium phosphorus metab- olism condition, dehydrated quantity and so on. Results：Received hemodialysis time, the age, the dehydrated quantity are bigger, hemodialysis--associateed hypotension is more possibility to occur. Conclusion： Hemodialysis-- associateed hypotension is connect with received hemodialysis time The age,dehydrated quantity and so on. nothing to connect with the nutritional status and the calcium phosphorus product. |
