| 摘 要： | 总结36例胃大部手术合并糖尿病患者围手术期护理经验.认为术前做好充分的准备及心理护理是治疗成功的基础;术中医护密切配合,观察患者有无血糖的变化,及时监护是治疗成功的核心;术后加强基础护理、预防感染、电解质紊乱及糖尿病酮症酸中毒等并发症的发生,确保了胃大部手术治疗的良好效果,患者康复出院. |

Thought in front of the technique prepares for full and psychological nursing treats the successful foundation; In the technique the medical treatment and nursing close coordination,whether there is observes the patient blood sugar the change, the prompt guardianship treats the successful core; After the technique strength- ens foundation nursing, prevention infection, electrolyte disorder and complication and so on diabetes alkone sickness acidosis occurrences, guaranteed the good effect which the stomach big surgery treated,the patient has been restored to health the out of hospital. |
