下呼吸道真菌感染临床分析

目的：分析下呼吸道真菌感染菌种分布及主要相关因素,为早期诊治提供依据.方法： 对84例下呼吸道真菌感染住院患者相关资料进行回顾性分析.结果： 白色念珠菌感染呈下降趋势,而非白色念珠菌比例升高 高龄、存在基础疾病以及应用抗生素、糖皮质激素等患者下呼吸道真菌感染发生率高.结论： 临床上应重视真菌感染的高危因素,积极预防,早期诊断和治疗,以降低病死率.

Under respiratory tract fungus infection clinical analyzes

Objective： To analyze the strain distribution of the fungi causing lower respiratory tract infection and the correlated factors so as to provide referential information for early diagnosis and treatment. Methods： Retrospective study was made on 84 inpatients with lower respiratory tract fungous infection. Results：It was found that the incidence of Blastomyces albicans infection tended to decline and the proportion of non--Blastomyces albicans infection tended to rise. The higher incidence was associated with advanced age,coexistence of basic diseases and the use of antibioties,glucocorticoids, etc. Conclusion：Emphasis should be paid on the risk factors of fungous infection. Active prevention and early diagnosis and treatment are very important.
