某卫生共建单位职工健康体检结果分析

目的：了解辖区单位在职职工常见健康问题和常见疾病,为辖区单位开展健康服务、针对职工中普遍存在的健康问题进行相关干预活动提供依据,促进辖区单位职工健康.方法： 通过询问既往史、家族史、生活行为习惯等为社区某事业单位166位在职职工建立电子健康档案,通过健康档案信息系统建立健康体检表,对职工进行常规体格检查、血尿便常规、血生化、肝胆胰脾肾B超等检查,并将体检结果录入电脑健康档案系统同时进行体检结果统计分析.结果：该单位职工超重、肝内脂质沉积或脂肪肝等健康问题不容忽视.社区常见病（健康问题）在年龄、性别间比较,中年组的患病率高于青年组,男性组高于女性组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论：健康体检结果分析是社区卫生服务机构为辖区单位进行职工健康需求评估、提供健康服务的重要部分.社区卫生服务机构积极向辖区企事业单位延伸社区卫生服务,开展健康管理,进一步深化了社区卫生服务的内涵建设,有利于促进辖区单位职工健康.

Community common disease （healthy question） in the age, the sex the comparison, the middle--aged group＇s prevalence rate is higher than the youth group, the masculine group is higher than the feminine group, the difference has statistics significance （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The healthy physical examination result analysis is the community health service organization carries on the staff healthy demand for the area of jurisdiction unit to appraise, to provide the health service the important part. The community health service organization extends positively to the area of jurisdiction enterprises and institutions the community health service, the development health management, further deepened the community health service connotation construction,is advantageous in promotes the area of jurisdiction unit staff health.
