左卡尼汀联合凯西莱治疗非酒精性脂肪肝病41例临床观察

目的：观察左卡尼汀联合凯西莱治疗非酒精性脂肪肝病的效果.方法： 76例非酒精性脂肪肝病患者随机分为两组,治疗组41例,使用左卡尼汀联合凯西莱治疗;对照组35例单使用凯西莱治疗,疗程均为12周.观察治疗前后血脂、肝功能、症状及治疗前后的肝脏超声影像变化.结果： 治疗组血脂、肝功能、症状及肝脏超声影像像明显改善,疗效优于对照组（p〈0.05）.结论： 左卡尼汀联合凯西莱治疗非酒精性脂肪肝病是一种安全、有效的方法.
