支气管哮喘患者的临床护理

支气管哮喘是一种常见的支气管过敏反应性疾病,或称变态反应性疾病.哮喘是由嗜酸性粒细胞、肥大细胞和T淋巴细胞等多种炎性细胞参与的气道变应性炎症,这种炎症使易感者对各种激发因子具有气道高反应性,其临床特点是发作性胸闷、咳嗽、多带有哮鸣音的呼气性呼吸困难.患者多有过敏体质,常因吸入花粉、有机尘埃、冷空气或上呼吸道感染而诱发.本病为一种慢性病、多反复发作,病程长且难愈.2009年3月至2010年10月我们共收治护理哮喘42例,配合医疗进行护理,效果满意,现报告如下.
