超重肥胖与血压、血脂、血糖的关系探讨

目的：探讨超重肥胖与血压、血脂、血糖的关系.方法： 选择2008/1/1至2008/12/31在我院健康体检的男性,根据体重指数（BMI）肥胖组（A组）210例,随机抽取同期同性别体检超重组（B组）、正常组（C组）各210例.比较3组在血压、血脂、血糖方面的不同.结果： 肥胖组（A组）的SBP、DBP、TC、TG、LDL-C、FPG均显著高于超重组（B组）和正常组（C组）,而HDL-C明显低于正常组（C组）;超重组（B组）的SBP、DBP、TG、FPG显著高于正常组（C组）;肥胖组（A组）的高血压、血脂异常及空腹血糖增高、脂肪肝发生率明显高于超重组（B组）和正常组（C组）;超重组（B组）的高血压、血脂异常、脂肪肝发生率明显高于正常组（C组）（P＜0.01）.结论：超重肥胖显著增高高血压、血脂异常及空腹血糖增高的发生率.

Results： Obese group （A group） SBP, DBP, TC, TG, LDL--C, FPG ob- viously are higher than the ultra reorganization （B group） and the normal group （C group） ,but HDL--C is lower than the normal group obviously （C group） ; Ultra reorganization （B group） SBP,DBP,TG,FPG obviously are higher than the normal group （C group） ; Obese group （A group） hypertension, the blood fats exceptionally and the empty stomach blood sugar advances, the fatty liver formation rate is higher than the ultra reorganization obviously （B group） and the normal group （C group） ; Ultra reorganization （B group） hypertension, the blood fats exceptionally, the fatty liver formation rate is higher than the normal group obviously （C group） （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Overload obese remarkable markup hypertension, the blood fats exceptionally and the empty stomach blood sugar advances formation rate.
