幼儿桡骨小头半脱位手法复位的治疗体会

目的：总结幼儿挠骨小头半脱位的手法复位的要点及理论依据.方法：单纯桡骨小头半脱位均采用手法复位.结果：38例采用手法复位均一次复位成功,肘关节功能正常,无明显术后并发症.结论：手法复位较符合逆创伤复位机理,早期手法复位不需要手术治疗,术后并发症少,临床疗效满意.

Methods： The pure capitulum radii half dislocation uses the technique replacement. Results： 38 examples use the technique to reposition uniformly time reposition successfully, the elbow joint function is normal, after not obvious technique complication. Conclosion： The technique replacement conforms to the counter wound replacement mechanism,the early technique replacement does not need the surgery to treat,after the technique the complication are few, clinical curative effect satisfaction.
