| 摘 要： | 采用回顾性研究方法,对本院2009年1-12月上报的140例不良反应进行统计和分析.结果：140例不良反应中以抗感染性药物占首位,引起不良反应的主要给药途径是静脉给药.结论：必须加强药品不良反应的报告和监测,特别是抗感染性药物的监测,确保患者用药的安全. |

| Abstract: | Objective： Uses the review research technique,in 2009 1 - in December reports 140 examples to this courtyard to respond not good carries on the statistics and the analysis. Results： 140 examples responded not good occupies the first place by the anti--infectious medicine, causes responds mainly is not good the vein gives the medicine for the medicine way,Conclusion ：Must strengthen the report and the monitor which the drugs responded not good,specially the anti--infectious medicine monitor,guarantees the security which the patient applies drugs. |
