小切口无缝线非超声乳化白内障囊外摘除人工晶体植入术220例体会

目的：分析＂无缝线非超声乳化白内障囊外摘除人工晶体植入术＂ 的临床疗效.方法：观察我院169例220眼＂无缝线非超声乳化白内障囊外摘除人工晶体植入术＂的术中、术后并发症,以及对并发症的治疗情况的观察.结果：接受手术169人220只眼,术中后囊破裂36例,玻璃体溢出20例经虹膜剪剪切处理均囊袋内或睫状沟内植入人工晶体,术后随访2周至半年不等,视力无明显进步者9眼 进步满意但低于0.2者29眼,视力改善≥0.3但低于0.6者135例,视力在0.6～1.0者47眼.结论：小切口无缝线非超乳白内障囊外摘除及人工晶状体植入术创伤小、术后视力恢复快、并发症少,是一种安全有效的白内障复明手术.（尤其适合基层医院开展.但其术中并发症不可忽视,如果对其处理不当会影响治疗效果,我们应提高手术技巧,且对于易发因素充分了解,使手术更少盲目性和创伤性,提高手术的成功率.）

Conclusion： Small incision nonphacoemulsification cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation is a safe and effective vision--restoring operation for cataract due to the advantages such as tiny injury,rapid postoperative vision recovery and few complications.
