腰椎间盘突出症制动与活动时间的把握

目的：探讨把握好腰椎间盘突出症制动与活动时间在临床治疗中的意义.方法：将173例患者分为研究组100例和对照组73例,均采用牵引、推拿、针灸治疗,研究组严格控制制动与活动时间,而对照组患者未要求.结果：研究组治疗效果明显高于对照组,且研究组随访半年,无复发.结论：综和治疗,把握好腰椎间盘突出症制动与活动时间,能减少治疗时间,缩短病程,提高临床疗效,降低复发率.
