氟西汀治疗难治性功能性消化不良患者的研究

功能性消化不良（Functional dyspepsia,FD）临床十分常见,大多数患者在给予常规治疗后可以好转,但仍有一部分患者疗效不佳,我们称之为难治性消化不良,这部分患者大多合并心理障碍.自2009年,我科开展了难治性功能性消化不良的氟西汀治疗方案,以观察其疗效.
