抗菌药物临床合理应用现状分析

目的：科学、合理使用抗菌药物,预防用药失误（medication errors）和医疗风险、杜绝医疗事故的发生.方法：对医院2008年度抗菌药物临床应用情况进行回顾性调查研究.结果：共抽查住院病历600份,使用了抗菌药物的有494份,使用率高达82.33%.100份病历中：合理使用抗菌药物的有16份,仅占16%;疑为细菌感染作病原学检测及药敏试验的有14份病历,占14%;未做病原学检测及药敏试验的占86%.不合理使用抗菌药物有84份,占84%.结论：我垸存在严重不合理使用抗菌药物和滥用抗菌药物现象：无指征使用抗菌药物;抗菌药物品种选择不当;抗菌药物使用时间分配不合理;不合理联合用药;1类切口手术预防性用药不规范.
