针刀联合臭氧治疗腰椎间盘突出症的探讨

目的：探讨针刀联合臭氧治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法：对243例腰椎椎间盘突出患者采用臭氧椎间盘注射术联合小针刀疗法进行治疗，评价该治疗方案的临床效果。结果：243例随机抽取81名患者进行随访6～17个月优49例、良27例、可j例、差0例，优良率93．82％，且无任何严重并发症发生。结论：臭氧联合针刀治疗腰椎间盘突出是一种微创、安全、无副作用、疗效可靠的中西医结合方法。

Ozone joint needle-- knife treatment of lumbar disc herniation

Objective： To study the ozone joint needle--knife treatment of lumbar disc herniation clinical efficacy. Methods： Of 243 cases lumbar disc herniation with ozone treated injections combined with a small needle--knife therapy for the treatment,to evaluate the clinical effects of treatment. Results： 243 cases of randomly selected 81 patients were followed up 6 to 17 months,49 cases of ex cellent,good in 27 cases, fair in 4 cases, 0 cases of poor,good rate of 93. 82 percent, and without any serious complications. Conclusion：Ozone joint needle--knife treatment of lumbar disc is a minimally invasive, safe and without side effects, efficacy and reliable methods of traditional Chinese and western medicine.
