摘    要:
目的了解诸暨市居民饮用水状况与肠道传染病发病率的关系.方法对居民饮用水状况利肠道传染病发病率进行调查.结果 2002年5~10月肠道传染病发病率,自来水普及率高的乡镇和低的乡镇分别为213.0/10万、167.8/10万,集中式供水和分散式供水分别为219.4/10万、89.8/10万.结论 2002年5~10月传染病发病率,在不同自来水普及率乡镇间无显著性差异,饮用集中式供水的人群则显著高于分散式供水的人群,三乡镇1985年、1990年、1995年和2000年4年的发病率总体呈下降趋势,但与相应自来水普及率间未显示其相关性.

Abstract:
Objective To understand the relationship between residents' drinking water status and intestinal infectious diseases in Zhuji City.Methods A survey was carried out about residents' drinking water status and the incidence rate of intestinal infectious diseases.Results The incidence rates of intestinal infectious diseases from May to October in 2002 were 213.0 per 100,000 and 167.8 per 100,000 in villages and towns with high and low rate of using tap water respectively;the rate for the centralized and scattered water supply were 219.4 per 100,000 and 89.8 per 100,000 respectively. There was no significant difference among villages and towns with different types of water supply in the incidence rate of infectious diseases, but the incidence rate in villages and towns with centralized water supply is significantly higher than that in those with scattered water supply.Conclusions The rate has a decline tendency during 1985-2000, but which doesn't significantly correlate with the rate of using the tap water supply.
