围手术期预防性应用抗菌药物分析

目的了解本区二级综合性医院围手术期预防应用抗菌药物的合理性。方法随机抽取手术病历235份，根据事先设计的调查表，对用药指征、给药时机和持续给药时间、联合用药等进行统计分析。结果围手术期抗菌药物使用率较高，达99．15％，其中预防性应用188例（80．00％），无指征应用51例（27．13％）。使用频率最多为头孢菌素类和硝基咪唑类。给药时机上有43．09％未采取术前30min内给药，抗菌药物应用时间平均4．34d，无菌手术联合应用抗菌药物达32．23％。结论本区二级综合性医院围手术期预防性应用抗菌药物存在不合理的地方，应采取针对性干预措施。

Analysis of preventive application of antiseptic in peri-post operation

Objective To find out the rational preventive application of antiseptic in peri-post operation in secondary grade general hospitals in Minghang District. Method At random sampling 235 files were statistically analyzed for the indication and opportunity of using drugs, the time of the drug given constantly and combined drug using according to the investigation form designed in advanced. Results The rate of using antiseptic was high in peri-post operation, which reached 99. 15%. Among of them 188 cases were applied for prevention （80%）. 51 cases had no any indication （27.13%）. The most drugs used was Cephalosporin and Nitroimidzoles. Considering the opportunity of using drugs, 43.09% were not given within 30minutes before operation. Using antiseptic time averaged 4.34d. In Aseptic operation antiseptic usage reached 32.23%. Conclusion There were unrational use of antiseptic per-post operation in second grade general hospitals in the district. The interference measure should be taken with a clear aim.
