| 摘 要： | [背景]观察青光眼小梁切除术中使用丝裂霉素的疗效.[病例报告]对30例43眼的各种青光眼病人实施传统的小梁切除术,术中在巩膜瓣下放置含有0.4 mg/L丝裂霉素C的棉片4 min,再用生理盐水冲洗;手术成功者为27例39眼,有效者为3例4眼,[讨论]在小梁切除术中使用丝裂霉素C可明显提高手术成功率. |

| Abstract: | BACKGROUND To observe therapeutic effects of mitomycin C(MMC) on glaucoma trabeculectomy.CASE REPORT 43 eyes of 30 cases of glucoma were performed by traditional trabeculectory,and cotton piece soaked mitomycin C(0.4 mg/L density) was put for four minuts under the sclera flap and flushed with 0.9% Nacl 100 mL later.39 eyes of 27 cases of glucoma were cured,and 4 eyes of 3 cases were in effect.DISCUSSION Achievement ratio of glaucoma trabeculectomy was increased intraoperative with MMC. |
