| 摘 要： | 目的考察清热利咽胶囊水煎煮工艺条件。方法以加水量、煎煮时间和煎煮次数3个因素进行正交实验，以没食子酸含量和浸膏收率为评价指标综合评分，确定清热利咽胶囊的最佳提取工艺条件。结果清热利咽胶囊的最佳提取工艺为：加10倍量水，煎煮3次，每次1．0小时。结论清热利咽胶囊提取工艺合理、可行。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the preparation conditions for Qingre Liyan capsule. Methods The orthogo- hal experiment was carried on with 3 factors, water quantity, the preparation time and the decoction frequeney, and composite grading were measured by the gallic acid content and extraction rate to determine best preparation conditions for Qingre Liyan capsule. Result The best preparation conditions of Qingre Liyan capsule is： 10 times of water quantity, 3 times for decoction, 1 hours for each time. Conclusion The preparation conditions of Qingre Liyan capsule is reasonable and feasible. |
