跟骨夹加穿针撬拨治疗跟骨骨折疗效观察（附38例报告）

采用跟骨夹加穿针撬拨、石膏固定的方法治疗３８例４４个跟骨骨折，经随访５个月～４年，优良率达８６．４％。疗效高于文献报道的手术复位和单纯手法复位。观察结果表明，跟骨夹接触面广，压力均匀、持久，能纠正跟骨增宽畸形，使骨折块相互靠扰、嵌插，有利于撬拨；穿针撬拨复位后与石膏于形成内外固定相结合，能有效恢复和稳定结节关节角，保持跟腱张力，有利于术后功能恢复。具有损伤小、操作简单易行、疗效好等优点。

A therapeutic-effect observation of 38 cases of calcaneal fracture treated by calcaneal clamp and pinning prying

Thirty-eight cases of calcaneal fracture were treated by calcaneal clamp, pinning prying and plaster fixation. The follow-up of 5 -48 months showed an excellent-good rate of 86. 4% in the 38 cases (44 fractures). The results were better than those of surgical or simple manual reduction reported in the literature. The observed results showed that the calcaneal clamp , with its great touching surface and even lasting compression , could correct the widening deformity of the calcaneus and make the fragments lean against each other and impact each other, benefiting the prying. The combination of the internal and external fixation formed by nailing-prying reduction and plaster fixation could effectively recover and stabilize the articular angle of the tuberosity and maintain the tension of the Achilles tendon , benefiting the functional recovery after operation. The method has some advantages, such as less injury, simpler operation , better results and so on in comparison with other therapies.
