溺水患者的急救护理体会

目的：探讨溺水患者的急救护理方法。方法：给予23例溺水患者现场急救护理及院内急救护理措施。结果：23例溺水者除1例现场死亡外,其他22例经过迅速有效的院前急救,迅速转运。入院后开展绿色通道,除了2例轻度溺水留在急诊科观察外,其他20例均收入内科病房继续抢救治疗。经跟踪观察,20例均康复出院,住院时间平均9天。结论：及时的急救护理及院内急救护理措施有助于提高患者的抢救成功率。

Emergency Nursing Experience for Drowning Patients

Objective： To explore emergency nursing method of drowning patients. Methods： Twenty-three patients were given with on-the-spot emergency nursing and nosocomial emergency nursing measures. Results： Except one patients died on the spot, other 22 cases were transferred rapidly after quick and effective pre-hospital care.Green channel was provided to the patients, other 20 patients were rescued and treated continuously in the wards of internal medicine except two cases were observed in emergency department. 20 patients were recovered and discharged, hospitalization time was nine days around after the follow-ups. Conclusion： Prompt emergency nursing and nosocomial emergency nursing measures are helpful to raise rescue success rate of the patients.
