小建中汤加味治疗脾胃虚寒型消化性溃疡68例

目的：观察小建中汤加味对脾胃虚寒型消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法：将136例符合条件的脾胃虚寒型消化性溃疡患者随机分为2组，每组68例，对照组给予常规西医治疗，治疗组给予小建中汤加味治疗，疗程均为4周。结果：治疗总有效率方面，对照组（70．59％）和治疗组患者（91．18％）比较的差异具有统计学意义（X^2=5．1271，P=0．023）；中医证候积分改善情况比较，治疗组（91．18％）与对照组（72．05％），比较的差异具有统计学意义（X^2=5．1434，P=0．023〈0．05）；1年后复发率比较，治疗组（12．34％）低于对照组（42．31％），且比较的差异有统计学意义。结论：小建中汤加味可有效治疗脾胃虚寒型消化性溃疡，有效改善中医证候，降低复发率。

Modified Xiaojianzhong Decoction Treating 68 Cases of Peptic Ulcer of the Spleen-Stomach Deficiency Cold Type

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of modified Xiaojianzhong Decoction treating peptic ulcer of the spleen-stomach deficiency cold type. Methods： One hundred and thirty six patients who met the criteria of peptic ulcer of the spleen-stomach deficiency cold type were randomly divided into treatment group （ n = 68 ） and control group （ n = 68）. Patients in the control group were given the conventional Western medicine treatment, and patients in the treatment group received modified Xiaojianzhong decoction. The courses of treatment were both 4 weeks. Results： The total effective rates in control group and treatment group were respectively 70. 59% and 91.18%, which showed statistically significant difference （X^2 = 5. 1271, P = 0. 023） ; as for improvement of TCM syndrome score assessment, there was significant difference between the treatment group （91.18 % ） and control group （72.05 % ）, （X^2 = 5. 1434, P = 0. 023 〈 0. 05） ; the relapse rate of one year after treatment in the treatment group was 12.34%, which was significantly lower than the 42.31% of the control group. Conclusion： Modified Xiaojianzhong decoction could effectively cure peptic ulcer of the spleen-stom-ach deficiency cold type, improve TCM syndromes, and reduce the relapse rate.
