中西医结合治疗心肌缺血80例

目的：观察复方丹参滴丸联合单硝酸异山梨酯治疗心肌缺血的临床疗效。方法：将80例心肌缺血患者随机分为观察组、对照组各40例。2组均给予单硝酸异山梨酯10 mg,3次/d,口服;观察组同时给予复方丹参滴丸10丸,3次/d,口服。2组均连续治疗1个月,观察2组临床疗效及心绞痛发作频率和心绞痛持续时间。结果：观察组显效率为67.5%,总有效率为90.0%;对照组显效率为27.5%,总有效率为62.5%。观察组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。心绞痛发生频率及持续时间等指标2组治疗后均明显好转（P〈0.05）,观察组改善较对照组更明显（P〈0.05）。结论：复方丹参滴丸联合单硝酸异山梨酯治疗心肌缺血临床疗效显著。

Treatment for 80 Cases of Myocardial Ischemia by Integrative Medicine

Objective： To observe curative effects of compound Dan Shen dripping pills jointed with isosorbide mononitrate in treating myocardial ischemia. Methods： Eighty patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. Both groups were administered with isosorbide mononitrate, 10 mg, three times each day, orally; the observation group took compound Dan Shen dripping pills, ten pills, three times each day, by mouth.Both groups were treated for one month, clinical effects of both groups, the frequency and duration of angina pectoris were observed. Results： Excellence rate and total effective rate of the observation group were 67.5% and90.0%, higher than 27.5% and 62.5% of the control group, the observation group was superior to the control group in clinical effects（P〈0.05）. The frequency and duration of angina pectoris in btohg roups were improved significantly after treating（P〈0.05）, the improvement of the observation group was more obvious than that of the control group（P 0.05）. Conclusion： Compound Dan Shen dripping pills combined with isosorbide mononitrate are effective in treating myocardial ischemia.
