喉罩在临床麻醉中的应用

目的：介绍和观察喉罩应用在临床麻醉中的优点和注意的事项。方法：通过对近2000例病人使用普通性喉罩，进行临床观察，并与气管插管作对照比较。结果：临床麻醉中使用喉罩，特别是对合并心血管疾患、慢性呼吸道疾患、无病人流、困难气管插管者等特殊病人，更具有比其他维持气道方法的优势。结论：喉罩可广泛安全、有效的应用于临床中，有着临床推广的重要价值，但应掌握好它的适应症和注意事项，确保喉罩在临床应用中的安全。

Observation on Efficacy of Larynx Mask in Clinical Anesthesia

Objective:To present the benifits of larynx mask in clinical anesthesia and the points for attention and to observe its efficacy.Methods:Nearly 2 000 patients receiving common larynx mask were observed and comparisions made between the larynx mask and tracheal intubation.Results:Laryx mask was superior to other maintenance air passage techniques in specific patients,especially in those with angiocardiopathy,chronic respiratory disease,painless artificial abortion,or difficutlt tracheal intubation.Conclusion:Larynx mask is safe and effective,and can be widely used in clinic,and it is of great value.Meanwhile,its indications and points for attention should be well handled to ensure its safety in clinical application.
