护肝合剂治疗慢性乙型肝炎患者的临床疗效

目的：观察护肝合剂治疗慢性乙型肝炎患者的临床疗效。方法：2002年9月-2005年11月本院收治乙型肝炎患者130例,随机分为：对照组30例,用甘草酸二胺氯化钠溶液、门冬氨酸鸟氨酸,灯盏花素等一般治疗;治疗组100例,在一般治疗的基础上加用护肝合剂。结果：两组主要症状体征均显著改善,但治疗组对乏力的改善（50.7±9.6）优于对照组（49.2±5.3）（P〈0.05）,治疗组谷丙转氮酶（ALT）、谷草转氨酶（AST）、总胆红素（TBIL）均明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）,且肝纤维化四项指标（50.7±9.6,60.4±10.2,80.3±32.7,70.2±18.2）改善优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：护肝合剂能够改善慢性乙肝患者的症状,改善肝功能和肝纤维化指标。

Hu-Gan Mixture for Treatment Chronic Hepatitis B

Objective： To investigate the curative effect of Hu-Gan Mixture in patients with Hepatitis B viral infection. Methods： Between September 2002 and November 2005, 130 patients with HBV infection were randomized to receive routine therapy with diammonium glycyrrhizinate, Ornithine Aspartate and Breviscapine （control group, n=30） or oral Hu-Gan Mixture as an add-on to the routine therapy （treatment group, n= 100）. Results：While the two groups experienced remarkable improvements in major symptoms, patients on Hu-Gan Mixture reported better relief of fatigue （50.7±9.6 vs 49.2±5.3）（P〈0.05）. More patients in the treatment group had their levels of ALT, AST, TBIL as compared with the control group （P〈0.05）. Panel test for liver fibrosis （HA, PC-Ⅲ, Ⅳ-C and LN） showed better outcomes favoring the use of Hu-Gan Mixture （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Hu-Gan Mixture provided symptomatic relief and improvements of liver function and liver fibrosis.
