| 摘 要： | 目的：研究脑卒中后抑郁患者其抑郁程度与脑器质性病变部位之间的关系。方法：采用Hamilton抑郁量表24项版本和中国脑卒中临床神经功能缺损程度评分量表对267例脑卒中患者进行评定，对发生抑郁症depression的患者再进行脑内器质性病变部位的相关分析。结果：入组患者中有112例发生脑卒中后抑郁（PSD），总发病率为41．95％，所有PSD患者中病变在额叶的有11例，颞叶23例，顶叶17例，枕叶15例，基底节16例，小脑23例，脑干7例，其中轻度抑郁53例，中度抑郁40例，重度抑郁19例，神经功能缺损评分轻型患者其PSD发病率为21．84％，中型发病率为49．26％，重型为59．09％。结论：脑卒中后抑郁患者其颞叶和小脑部位病变多发生轻度抑郁，顶叶和枕叶病变多发生中度抑郁，额叶脑干以及基底节部位病变多发生中重度抑郁，神经功能缺损程度评分越高，其患抑郁症的程度也就越高。 |
