摘    要:
目的为临床医师合理使用抗菌药物提供参考依据,减少细菌耐药的产生。方法采用回顾性调查的方法,对北京某专科医院2007年1月-12月份从临床送检标本中培养分离的293株病原菌的种类以及对抗菌药物的敏感情况进行汇总分析。结果革兰氏阴性菌263株,占89.77%;革兰氏阳性菌30株,占10.24%。革兰氏阴性菌对六大类13种抗菌药物耐药,革兰氏阳性菌对九大类13种抗菌药物耐药。结论抗菌药物耐药形势严峻,临床医师应严格按照无菌操作规程,参照药敏试验结果,正确、合理使用抗菌药物。

Abstract:
Objective To provide ehnicians with reference for rational use of antibiotics and to reduce bacteria resistance. Method Through retrospective investigation, we summarized and analyzed the types of 293 strain pathogens cultured and isolated from clinical specimens of aBeijing specialized hospital in January to December, 2007 and their sensitivity to antibiotics. Results There were 263 strains gram - negative bacteria and 30 strains gram - positive bacteria, accounted for 89.77% and 10.24%, respectivelyo Gram - negative bacteria were resistance to 13 kinds of antibiotics which belong to 6 major categories, while gram - positive bacteria were resistance to 13 kinds of antibiotics which belong to 9 major categories. Conclusions Bacteria resistance was in a serious situation, and clinician should strictly follow regulations of aseptic manipulation, refer to results of drug sensitivity test and use antibiotics properly and reasonably.
