| 摘 要： | 目的：评价我院围手术期应用抗菌药的合理性。方法：抽取2007年10月～2008年2月甲状腺切除术和乳腺癌改良根治术出院病历共167份，对抗菌药种类、用量用法、用药时间等进行分析统计。结果：预防用药使用率为100％，均为单种给药，术后用药165例，平均应用抗菌药4．13d，平均住院9．74d。结论：我院清洁手术仍存在预防用药指征宽、用药时机不合理、术后用药时间长等现象，必须针对性的采取措施，有效促进围手术期抗菌药的合理应用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the rational application of perioperative antibiotics in cleanness surgery.Method: The usage of perioperative antibiotic prophylaxis in modified radical operations of mammary cancer and thyroidectomy from Oct.2007 to Feb.2008 was surveyed.167cases were analyzesd to evaluate the rationality of drug sorts,usages and treatment periods,etc.Result:The rate of perioperative antimicrobials application was 100%.Antimicrobials were used singly in all surgical cases.There were 165 cases that use... |
