摘    要:目的 建立复方黑参颗粒中肉桂酸、次野鸢尾黄素含量测定方法。方法 采用DiamonsilTMC18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),以乙腈-体积分数为0.05%的磷酸水溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长为266 nm,进样量为20 μL,柱温为30℃。结果 在上述色谱条件下,肉桂酸和次野鸢尾黄素在0.76~3.80 mg·L-1 (r = 0.999 5)、0.44~2.18 mg·L-1 (r = 0.999 5)内线性关系良好。肉桂酸和次野鸢尾黄素的平均加样回收率(n = 9)分别为98.3%、99.9%;RSD分别为1.8%、0.6%。结论 本方法可作为复方黑参颗粒的质量控制方法。

Abstract:Objective To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of the contents of cinnamic acid and irisflorentin in compound Heishen granules. Method Sample were analyzed on an DiamonsilTMC18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)column eluted with acetonitrile and water containing 0.05%(φ) phosphoric acid as mobile phase in a gradient model; the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1, the detective wavelength was set at 266 nm,and the column temperature was set to 30℃. Result The linear response ranges were 0.76-3.80 mg·L-1 (r = 0.999 5 ) and 0.44-2.18 mg·L-1 (r = 0.999 5) for Cinnamic acid and Irisflorentin, respectively. The average recoveries (n = 9) of these compounds were 98.3%and 99.9%,and the RSDs were 1.8%,0.6%, respectively. Conclusion A simple accurate and reproducible method is provided for simultaneous determination of cinnamic acid and irisflorentin in compound Heishen granules.
