下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床护理

目的：探讨下肢深静脉血栓形成（DVT）的临床护理措施。方法：选取2007年1月至2008年1月间在我院住院治疗的DVT患者32例,对其进行全面的治疗与护理。结果：本组治愈17例,占53.13%;好转13例,占40.63%;无效2例,占6.25%。平均住院天数（12.40±2.25）d,住院期间所有患者均无出血、肺栓塞、压疮等并发症的发生。结论：对下肢深静脉血栓形成患者实施全面的整体护理能有效地减少并发症的发生,并能促进患者的康复。

Clinical Nursing on Deep Venous Thrombosis of Lower Limb

Objective ： To investigate the clinical nursing intervention on deep venous thrombosis（ DVT ） of lower limb. Method： 32 cases with DVT in our hospital from January in 2007 to January in 2008 were treated and nursed. Result： The 17 cases were cured（53.13% ） , 13 cases were improved{40.63% } , and 2 cases were ineffective{6.25% ）. The average hospital days were { 12.40 ＋2.25 } days, and there was no patients with hemorrhage, pulmonary embolism and bedsore and so on. Conclusion： The whole clinical nursing on deep venous thrombosis of lower limb can decrease the complication effectively and prompt the rehabilitation.
