| 摘 要： | 通过古籍查阅和文献检索,总结附子活血化瘀功效的发展沿革。认为附子活血化瘀功效在疑难危重病证的治疗中发挥着重要作用,但在时代的变迁中被逐渐忽略。慢性肾脏病"血瘀"形成的中医学机制及表现得到了现代研究成果的客观论证;附子活血化瘀功效治疗慢性肾脏病的现代药理,体现在对血液流变学、微循环以及血小板凝血和纤溶系统的影响等方面。
