远端取穴埋针在预防子宫肌瘤腹腔镜术后腹胀的护理研究

目的 探讨远端取穴埋针在预防子宫肌瘤腹腔镜术后腹胀的应用。方法 采用随机数字表法将入选的100例子宫肌瘤腹腔镜术后病人分为2组，单号50例为对照组，执行腹腔镜手术后常规护理；双号50例为观察组，执行腹腔镜术后常规护理加揿针穴位埋针。结果 对照组术后发生腹胀29例，发生率57.14％，观察组术后发生腹胀11例，发生率22.22％。观察组较对照组腹胀发生率显著降低，腹胀程度较轻。观察组术后肠鸣音恢复时间、术后首次排气、排便时间及伴随症状等指标明显少于对照组。结论 腹腔镜术后远端取穴埋针能有效降低子宫肌瘤腹腔镜术后腹胀发生，促进肠鸣音恢复，缩短术后首次排气、排便时间。

Nursing Study of Distal Acupoints Burying Acupuncture in Prevention of Abdominal Distension after Uterine Fibroids Laparoscopic Surgery

Abstract: Objective To explore the application of distal acupoints in preventing abdominal distension due to laparoscopic myomectomy. Methods 100 patients with uterine leiomyoma were categorized into control group by odd number and observation group by even number through random number table method. After laparoscopic operation, the patients of odd number control group were treated with routine nursing care, and the patients of even number observation group were implemented with routine nursing and intradermal acupuncture points buried needle treat as well. Results In the control group, abdominal distension occurred in 29 cases (occurring rate at 57.14%). In the observation group, abdominal distension occurred in 11 cases (occurring rate at 22.22%). It was lower in observation group than in control group on the abdominal distension ratio, and abdominal distension symptoms in observation group improved more rapidly than in control group. The bowel sounds recovery time duration, first recovery time of postoperative exhaust and defecation in observation group were significantly shorter than in the control group. Besides, the indexes of concomitant symptoms in observation group was less too. Conclusions Intradermal acupuncture points buried needle treat can effectively reduce the occurrence of abdominal distension after laparoscopic hysteromyoma surgery, it can promote the recovery of bowel sounds and shorten the time duration of the first postoperative exhaust and defecation.
