正交试验法优选复方辛芷合剂的提取工艺

目的 优选复方辛芷合剂的提取工艺.方法采用正交试验法,以干浸膏得率为考察指标,考察加水量、提取时间、提取次数3 个因素,优选出复方辛芷合剂的提取工艺.结果 复方辛芷合剂的优选提取工艺为加4倍量水,提取2次,1次1h.结论 该提取工艺能够有效地提取复方辛芷合剂有效成分,为复方辛芷合剂的标准化、规范化生产工艺提供依据.

Optimization of Extraction Technology of Fufangxinzhi Mixture by Orthogonal Experiment

OBJECTIVE This study was aimed to optimize the extraction proces s of Fufangxinzhi Mixture.METHODS The extraction process of Fu fangxinzhi Mixture was optimized through orthogonal experiment with the yield of dry extract.And i nfluences of solvent dosage,extraction time and extraction times were studies.RESULTS The results showed that optimized extraction condit ions of Fufangx inzhi Mixture were determined as follows.The material was added 4 times amount of water,extracted for 1h with two time.CONCLUSION It was co ncluded that the extraction process is efficacious for effective constituent of Fufangxinzhi Mixture.The method is suitable for the standardized production tec hnology of Fufangxinzhi Mixture.
