微生态制剂对功能性腹泻的Meta分析

目的 系统研究微生态制剂对功能性腹泻的临床疗效.方法 计算机检索自2000年1月至2016年6月PubMed、荷兰医学文摘数据库(Embase)、Cochrane Library、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、中国万方数据库等数据库,纳入探讨有关微生态制剂对功能性腹泻临床疗效的随机对照研究.采用Review Management 5.3软件进行文献质量评价、资料提取与Meta分析.结果 共纳入6个随机对照临床研究(n=811).6个文献均采用有效率进行临床疗效评价,通过Meta分析研究,结果提示,与常规治疗相比,微生态制剂能够相对提高患者的临床有效率,差异有统计学意义(OR=4.90,95%CI 3.10~7.73,P=0.00<0.05).漏斗图结果显示,图形显示左右不对称,因而存在一定的发表性偏倚情况.结论 现有研究表明,微生态制剂能够提高功能性腹泻患者的临床疗效,但尚缺乏大样本量随机对照研究数据.

Effect of probiotics in treating functional diarrhea:a meta-analysis

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of probiotics in treating functional diarrhea. Methods PubMed, Excerpta Medica Database (Embas), Cochrane Library, Chinese BioMedical Literature Database (CBM), the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) and WanFang Data were retrieved from January 2000 to June 2016 for collecting the randomized controlled trials (RCTs) about the effect of probiotics in treating functional diar-rhea. The evaluation of the reference quality, the data collection and meta-analysis were conducted by the Review Man-agement 5.3 software. Results A total of 6 clinical RCTs were included for the final analysis. The effective rate was used to evaluate the clinical efficacy. Meta-analysis showed that probiotics could improve the clinical efficiency of pa-tients, compared with routine treatment (OR=4.90, 95%CI 3.10-7.73, P=0.00<0.05). The results of funnel plot showed that there was publication bias since the figure was not in bilateral asymmetry. Conclusion The existing RCTs had showed that probiotics can improve the chinical effect of treating functional diarrhea, but RCTs with large sample are needed to certify this point.
