人尿酸盐转运子URAT1基因rs893006多态性与男性高尿酸血症的相关性

摘    要:
目的 探讨海南汉族男性高尿酸血症与人尿酸盐转运子URAT1基因rs893006多态性的相关性,并分析高尿酸血症的影响因素.方法 将海南医学院第一附属医院2016年4月至2017年4月收治的100例高尿酸血症男性患者作为高尿酸血症组,另选取同期在我院体检的100例健康男性作为对照组,比较两组受检者的一般资料和生化指标水平,以及rs893006的等位基因和基因型分布情况、不同基因型个体的血尿酸水平及分析高尿酸血症的影响因素.结果 高尿酸血症组与对照组收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、尿素氮(BUN)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),体质指数(BMI)、肌酐(Crea)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL)差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);高尿酸血症组患者的rs893006的GG型、GT型、TT型频率分别为53.0%、40.0%、7.0%,对照组分别为55.0%、35.0%、10.0%,两组比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组TT型个体的尿酸水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),GG型、GT型个体的尿酸水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);Logistic回归分析结果显示,BMI、Crea、TG、LDL可能为高尿酸血症的影响因素(P<0.05).结论 海南汉族男性高尿酸血症与URAT1基因rs893006多态性显著相关,BMI、TG、Crea、LDL可能为高尿酸血症的影响因素.

Abstract:
Objective To analyze the correlation between hyperuricemia of male Han People in Hainan and human urate transporter URAT1 gene rs893006 polymorphism, and analyze the influential factors of hyperuricemia. Methods The clinical data of 100 male patients with hyperuricemia in First Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Midical Uni-versity from April 2016 to April 2017 were statistically analyzed. These patients were regarded as hyperuricemia group, another 100 healthy men received physical examination in the hospital during the same period were selected as control group. The individual general data, biochemical indexes levels, rs893006 allele and genotype distributions, blood uric ac-id levels of different genotype were compared between the two groups. The influential factors were statistically ana-lyzed. Results There were no statistical differences in systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP), blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL) between the control group and the hyperurice-mia group (P>0.05), while body mass index (BMI), creatinine (Crea), total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG) and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL) were significantly different between the two groups (P<0.05). The frequency of rs893006 GG type, GT type, TT type were 53.0%(53/100), 40.0%(40/100), 7.0%(7/100) in hyperuricemia group versus 55.0%(55/100), 35.0%(35/100), 10.0%(10/100) in the control group (P>0.05). The uric acid level of GG type, GT type individual showed no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05), but the difference in the level of TT type in-dividual were statistically significant (P<0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that BMI, Crea, TG, LDL may be in-fluential factors of hyperuricemia (P<0.05). Conclusion Hyperuricemia of male Han People in Hainan is associated with URAT1 gene rs893006 polymorphism. The influential factors of hyperuricemia may include BMI, TG, Crea, LDL.
