E-cadherin、VEGF、MMP-9在子宫腺肌病和腹壁子宫内膜异位症病变组织中的表达及意义

摘    要:目的 探讨上皮细胞钙粘附蛋白(E-cadherin)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)在子宫腺肌病和腹壁切口子宫内膜异位症病变组织中的表达及意义.方法 选取2006年1月至2016年1月在济南市济钢医院及山东大学齐鲁医院住院且资料完整、经病理证实的子宫腺肌病和腹壁切口子宫内膜异位症患者各30例.应用免疫组织化学及图像分析方法,采用秩和检验比较E-cadherin、VEGF及MMP-9在子宫腺肌病和腹壁切口子宫内膜异位症病变组织中的表达情况.结果 E-cadherin、VEGF和MMP-9在腹壁子宫内膜异位症组和子宫腺肌病组患者中的表达相似,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 子宫腺肌病和腹壁子宫内膜异位症病变组织在粘附、血管生成、侵袭等方面高度相似,这两种疾病是同一种疾病的不同表现形式.

Abstract:Objective To explore the expression of epithelial calcium-dependent cell-cell adhesion molecule (E-cadherin), vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) in uterine adenomyo-sis and abdominal wall endometriosis lesions and their significance. Methods A total of 30 cases of abdominal incision endometriosis patients confirmed by pathology of uterine adenomyosis with complete information, who admitted to the General Hospital of Ji'nan Iron and Steel Group General Corporation and the Qilu Hospital of Shandong University from January 2006 to January 2016. The expressions of E-cadherin, VEGF, MMP-9 in the womb gland myopathy and abdomi-nal wall endometriosis lesions were checked with immunohistochemistry and image analysis method, and rank sum test was used to compare the expression results. Results The expressions of E-cadherin, VEGF, MMP-9 in patients with ab-dominal wall endometriosis and adenomyosis uterine were similar, and there were no statistically significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion Uterine adenomyosis and abdominal wall endometriosis lesion are highly similar in terms of ad-hesion, angiogenesis, and invasion. These two diseases are different manifestations of the same disease.
