舌癌扩大切除前臂桡侧皮瓣移植修复术的压疮防护策略

目的 降低舌癌扩大切除前臂桡侧皮瓣移植修复术后压疮的发生率.方法 回顾性分析海南省人民医院2016年6~12月9例舌癌扩大切除前臂桡侧皮瓣移植修复术后压疮的发生原因及相关危险因素,总结针对性压疮防护策略,并采用该策略对该院2017年1~6月28例舌癌扩大切除前臂桡侧皮瓣移植修复术进行护理,观察其应用效果.结果 舌癌扩大切除前臂桡侧皮瓣移植修复术后压疮的发生率由原来的26.47%降低为3.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 准确分析总结特殊类别手术具体存在的压疮风险因素,提出针对性强的干预措施并实施,可有效降低手术压疮发生率,也为其他类别手术的压疮防护提供参考依据.

Protective strategies of surgical pressure ulcer for glossectomy of tongue cancer with radial forearm flap transplantation

Objective To reduce the incidence rate of surgical pressure ulcer on glossectomy of tongue cancer with radial forearm flap transplantation. Methods The causes and risk factors of surgical pressure ulcer in 9 cases of glossectomy of tongue cancer with radial forearm flap transplantation from June 2016 to September 2016 in Hainan Gen-eral Hospital were retrospectively analyzed, and targeted and effective protective strategies were figured out. Those strat-egies were provided to the patients experiencing the same surgery during January 2017 to June 2017, and then the appli-cation effect was observed. Results Incidence of surgical pressure ulcer on glossectomy of tongue cancer with radial forearm flap transplantation was declined from 26.47% to 3.57%, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Analyzing and summing up the risk factors of the specific surgery and proposing effective measures could not only effectively reduce the incidence rate of surgical pressure ulcer, but also provide reference for other sur-gery categories to do an ulcer prevention work.
