双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊联合莫沙必利治疗功能性消化不良的疗效及对血清胃动素水平的影响

目的 探讨双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊联合莫沙必利治疗功能性消化不良(FD)的疗效及对血清胃动素水平的影响.方法 选择深圳市龙华区人民医院消化科于2016年1~12月期间诊治的96例FD患者为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为观察组与对照组,每组48例,对照组予莫沙必利片治疗,观察组同时联合应用双歧三联活菌胶囊治疗,疗程均为8周.比较两组患者临床疗效及治疗后血清胃动素水平的变化.结果 治疗后,观察组患者的治疗总有效率为93.75%,明显高于对照组的79.16%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后的血清胃动素水平为(352.42±90.74)pg/mL,明显高于对照组的(308.64±85.49)pg/mL,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊联合莫沙必利对功能性消化不良患者有较好的治疗作用,可明显改善患者临床症状,增加胃动素的释放.

Curative effect of bifidobacterium triple viable capsule combined with mosapride in the treatment of functional dyspepsia and its influence on serum motilin

Objective To investigate the curative effect of bifidobacterium triple viable capsule combined with mosapride in the treatment of functional dyspepsia (FD) and its influence on serum motilin. Methods A total of 96 cas-es of FD patients, who admitted to Department of Gastroenterology of Longhua District People's Hospital of Shenzhen from January 2016 to December 2016, were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group accord-ing to the random number method, with 48 cases in each group. The control group was treated with mosapride tablets, and the observation group received the treatment of mosapride tablets combined with bifidobacterium triple viable capsule, with the treatment course of 8 weeks. The clinical efficacy and the changes of serum motilin levels after the treatment in the two groups were compared. Results After the treatment, the total efficiency was 93.75%in the observation group ver-sus 79.16%in the control group (P<0.05);the serum motilin level was (352.42±90.74) pg/mL in the observation group ver-sus (308.64 ± 85.49) pg/mL in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Bifidobacterium triple viable capsule combined with mosapride has better curative effect on patients with FD, which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and increase the release of motilin.
