| 摘 要： | 目的：研究鼻内窥镜辅助下治疗鼻面部外伤的效果.方法：24例鼻面部复合性外伤患者,在鼻内窥镜辅助下进行相应处理.其中,眶底（内侧壁）爆折10例,筛窦骨折6例,鼻骨合并额窦骨折2例,合并前颅底骨折伴持续性脑脊液鼻漏2例,鼻骨合并鼻中隔骨折2例,鼻骨合并上颌骨骨折2例.结果：24例患者,均获得满意的外观与功能效果.结论：在处理鼻面部复杂性外伤中应用鼻内窥镜可以获得满意疗效. |

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the efficacy of endoscopic-assisted treatment for nasal and facial trauma.Methods:Twenty four cases of complex nasal and facial Engusies were treated under endoscope.Results:The 24 patients had obtained satisfactive results in the appearance and function.Conclusion:Nasal endoscopy would give satisfactray result in the treatment of complex nasal and facial trauma. |
