摘    要:目的探讨耐药表皮葡萄球菌中是否存在主动外排系统,以揭示表皮葡萄球菌对氟喹诺酮类药物的耐药机制.方法应用琼脂稀释法检测表皮葡萄球菌耐药株和敏感株在加入主动外排抑制剂利血平和碳酰氰间氯苯腙(CCCP)后,对环丙沙星、司帕沙星的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)变化情况.结果加入CCCP及利血平后,表皮葡萄球菌敏感株及多数耐药株对环丙沙星、司帕沙星的MIC变化不大,而利血平可以使耐药菌SR79对环丙沙星的MIC减低7倍.结论表皮葡萄球菌中可能存在针对氟喹诺酮药物的主动外排系统.

Abstract:Objective To explore whether active efflux system exists in Staphylococcus epidermidis so as to evaluate the drug resistant mechanism of Staphylococcus epidermidis to fluoroquinolones.Methods The influence of carbonyl cyanide m-chlorophenylhydrazone(CCCP) or reserpine in Staphylococcus epidermidis on ciprofloxacin and sparfloxacin minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC) were detected by using agar dilution method.Results CCCP and reserpine had little effect on the MIC of ciprofloxacin or sparfloxacin to sensitive and most resistant Staphylococcus epidermidis strains,but reserpine could decrease MIC of ciprofloxacin or sparfloxacin to resistant strain SR79 by 7 times.Conclusion There may be an active efflux system to fluoroquinolones that exists in Staphylococcus epidermidis.
