摘    要:
目的 探讨留置膀胱引流患者家庭护理现状,为开展留置膀胱引流患者家庭护理健康教育提供依据.方法 对留置膀胱引流管的患者进行家庭护理状况问卷调查.结果 被调查对象53.7%对膀胱引流护理知识的不了解,92.5%认为留置引流管对其生活造成极大的不便,66.6%会尽量避免甚至拒绝参加一般的社交活动;对引流管护理知识的需求率为100%.结论 开展引流管家庭护理知识宣教很有必要,宣教的方式应采取多样的形式,既有操作的示范,还应有书面的指导.

Abstract:
Objective To explore the status of family nursing for patients with urinary bladder drainage, so as to supply the evidences for our health education program on family nursing to the patients with urinary bladder drainage. Methods Investigations have been done by the way of questionnaire survey around patients from the department of family nursing. Results Of 53.7% people investigated have no any ideas about the family nursing knowledge of urinary bladder drainage, and 92. 5% of them think that the urinary bladder drainage keeping creates enormous inconvenient to their daily life. 66. 6% of them avoid or even refuse as far as possible to participate in the general social activity. The demand rate is 100% to the family nursing knowledge of urinary bladder drainage. Conclusion Propaganda and education are really necessary on the family nursing knowledge of urinary bladder drainage by means of all kinds of methods, either the training by operating demonstration or training of writing or reading.
