An Empirical Analysis of the Military Hospital's Fixed Asset Management Reform

This paper describes the challenges that are associated with managing and auditing fixed assets in our hospital.Via innovation in the management system,enhancing informative construction and strengthening communication of all departments,the awareness of fixed asset management among all members was enhanced and a comprehensive inventory of assets was established.In addition,the efficacy of managing fixed asset was improved and fixed assets were properly allocated.Thus,military fixed asset management can provide a solid foundation for the hospital＇s further development.
