| 摘 要： | 肺炎克雷伯菌是临床分离和医院获得性感染最常见的致病菌之一,近年来,随着抗生素在临床的广泛应用甚至滥用,导致肺炎克雷伯菌多重耐药的现象普遍存在,耐药机制复杂多样化,给临床抗感染治疗带来了更多的困难和挑战.本文就其分子流行病学及耐药机制作一综述.

| Abstract: | Klebsiella pneumoniae is one of the clinical isolates and nosoeomial infection of the most common bacterial pathogens, recently, multi-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae has been increasingly reported with the widespread use of antibiotics, resistance mechanism complexed and diversified. This has caused more difficulties and challenges on Clinical treatment. This review summarized the molecular epidemiology and resistance mechanism of Klebsiella pneumoniae. |
