社区两周患病现况及影响因素调查

目的 了解本地区人群的健康状况及社区卫生服务需求量及范围,为卫生管理部门决策提供依据.方法 采取多阶段随机抽样方法,利用自行设计的调查表对15岁以上的6 950名居民进行了入户调查,调查前后均进行了质量控制.结果 此次调查两周患病率为163.5‰,患病人群中有63.4％进行了治疗,治疗方式以“去医疗机构看病”为主.结论 两周患病率反应出我区居民的自我健康意识强,对自身健康的关注程度高,能主动去医疗机构寻求治疗,同时如何提高社区卫生服务机构居民主动利用率,是我们应当重点考虑的问题.

Prevalence rate in community in two weeks and its influence factors.

Objective To understand the health status and the demand of people in the community, and to provide basis for the policy-making for health management organizations. Methods Through multi-stage random sampling, 6 950 residents aged over 15 years old were investigated using a structured questionnaire. Results The prevalence rate in two weeks was 163.5‰. 63.4% of the sick residents received treatment, most of which went to medical institutions for help. Conclusion The rseults shows that the self-health awareness was strong in the community. However we still should take measures to improve the utilization of community health service.
