不同充填材料修复磨牙重度缺损的临床效果评估

摘    要:选择重度缺损磨牙229个,应用牙齿粘着系统粘结高强后牙光固化复合材料(3M FiltekP60)修复107个牙、银汞合金修复62个牙,以及玻璃离子水门汀修复60个牙。用改良的USPHS直接临床评价系统进行评价(1、2年)。3MFiltekP60组年成功率95.33%,2年成功率93.46%;银汞合金1年成功率87.10%。2年成功率83.87%;玻璃离子水门汀1年成功率71.67%,2年成功率61.67%。3种牙科充填材料成功率比较差异有显著性;3M FiltekP60组的边缘密合、边缘着色、变色和固位等的临床效果明显优于其他材料。表明3M Filtek P60是一种高强度修复磨牙的很好的永久性材料。

Clinical Evaluation of Different Dental Materials for Restoration of Molar with Heavy Defects

Abstract:Single bond and different dental materials (3M Filtek P60, Amalgambond and Vitremer) for restoration of molar with heavy defects were clinicaly evaluated. 229 molars(192 patients)with heavy defects were restored (107 teeth by 3M Filtek P60, 62 teeth by Amalgambond and 60 teeth by Vitremer). The 1-year and 2-year follow-up results were evaluated with modified USPHS evaluation criterion. One-year successful rate was 95.33 % in 3M Filtek P60, 87.10 % in Amalgambond and 71.67 % in Vitremer groups, and 2-year successful rate was 93.46 %, 83.87 % and 61.67 % respectively. The differences of successful rate between the 3 different dental materials were significant statistically. 3M Filtek P60 had high successful rates and a lot of advantages for restoration of molar with heavy defects. 3M Filtek P60 was usefulfor restoration of molar with heavy defects, had a lot of advantages. The microlocking was more obvious in specimens of single bond. Successful rates were related with the abrasive degree of advantages of restored teeth.
